Request for Quotation (RFQ)

✔️ We provide a quote with prices and availability within 48 hours
Purchase order and Confirmation
✔️ Based on the RFQ - client submits Purchase order (PO) accompanied with needed information (patient ID, valid doctors' prescription, delivery address). We recommend to initiate new orders latest 30 days prior to current refill timeline of the patient.
✔️ PO confirmation by the pharmacy, with price and estimated dispatch /delivery date. Issuing of the invoice for payment.
Payment and Shipment
✔️ All prescription payment and shipping is conducted directly between the patient and the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
✔️ We use DHL, FedEx Medical or UPS Healthcare for our shipments
✔️ Products are stored and handled according to manufacturers instructions, subject to cold chambers shipping when applicable
✔️ Shipments to USA take place under clause of Personal Importation of up to 90 day product supply.
